When SmartXX found out Xbox-live scanning of HDD-serial and other information’s, (in March 2004) SmartXX started to develop an own Firmware for HDD's. After now about 4 Month, this task is almost ready. A beta already exists, and we are very close to "mass production"

Q: Features / How does it work ?
A: We will release this information with the Manual.
Q: Can i use SmartXX-HDD drive with other MOD solutions ?
A: NO, you can only use SmartXX v1/v2/LT OPX for this.
Q: Which Capacity does SmartXX HDD have ?
A: There will be - SmartXX-HDD 160 - SmartXX-HDD 250..
Q: Is the HDD loud and heats lot ?
A: No, the HDD is ultra silent and runs very cool.
Q: Do I need HDD Switchers or Xtender Cases for this ?
A: NO, you need nothing. Just plug & play, SmartXX OS will do the rest for you.
Q: Is there need for Soldering when installing the SmartXX-HDD ?v
A: No, nothing
Q: When will be SmartXX-HDD available ?
A: In 2005
Q: How expansive will the HDD be ?
A: Same expense as normal HDD's ;)
