SlayerZ released SIN (Softmod Installer for Newbies): it's a newbie friendly exploit installer. This one is for "James Bond: Agent Under Fire" but he is working on a "Mech Assault" save that will do the same.
It's using the 007:AUF gamesave exploit to boot-up EvolutionX and then using EvolutionX scripting to install the Unique Font Exploit (slightly modified version of UXE - The Über Xbe Exploit) xbe exploit on your HD.
