Here's an unofficial libSDLx update.
This version has HCl's improvements already included.
And no,this time it's not a birthday release (FDB = freakdave's beta) ;-)

- Added: XBOX_SetFlickerFilter function
- Added: XBOX_SetSoftDisplayFilter function
