What's new/fixed:

Added:
- new interface
- video options (soft and hard filters,flicker filter and soften display)
- moves menu (but the .txt are not done, it is up to you now)
- other options (exit, shutdown)
- turbo mode in Killer Instinct 1
Fixed:
- a little bug in gamepad config
- maybe other fixes, don't remember :)

Thx to Yoshihiro and Manto for helping me out :) Plz note, fatalitu bugs and KI2 slowdowns are not fixed, sorry about this.
