First thing to try for this problem is to delete everything in E:\Cache, and the X:\, Y:\ and Z:\ drives. Usually that fixes issues with games hanging or rebooting on boot.

You guys probably just need to clear your E:\Cache folder and your X;, Y: and Z: partitions. Those are just caches and sometimes the files in them can become corrupted, causing programs/games to hang ...

You might want to give this a try: http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/powersupply-fuse.php. My neighbors Xbox had the fuse go out on him a few years ago and fixed it by using that tutorial.
