its single files over 4 g's that won't work. if you rip a game or dvd to the hdd it doesn't get ripped as a single iso. none of the indiviual files are over 4g

the disk should be bootable, did you burn it as a disk image? (NOT as a data disk)

no you can't play them off the network, but you could store them there and transfer them to the xbox when needed (given you have the patience to trasnfer a game everytime you wanna play)

in Nero i think you have to select burn disk image or something like that, your Xbox also needs to be modded to read a burned disk
