How i modded my xbox (A Newbies Tutorial)

1. I got the xbit chip and used the wiring diagram to tape the wires in. used one piece of wire for the do wire location.......works great.
2. Find a copy of XBOX HQ AUTO INSTALLER v1.3f (this is a newer version of Slayers AI) or newer and burn it to a cdrw (MEMEROX CDRW ONLY) / dvd-r using NERO, DVDDecrypter or other .iso burning software.
3. Burn the cd/dvd and boot in your xbox with the modchip activated..
IMPORTANT:
You cannot boot backups, autoinstaller, dashboards or emulators using the CROMWELL BIOS.. You must first flash your bios with a HACKED M$ Bios like the 'Evox M8 Bios' before you can boot backups.
4. A menu will appear and let you install evox, xbmc (xbox media center) and many more apps like dvd2xbox, pxxhddloader etc etc
Basically just press 'Install Dashboards' with your xbox controller and then click 'Install EVOX to C:'..
There is also a .PDF tutorial/Walkthrough for the XBOX HQ AUTO INSTALLER which will run through the installation process with you.. Its very simple.
IMPORTANT:
The only way you will lose data on your xbox using the XBOXHQ AUTO INSTALLER is if you choose to FORMAT/PARITION your xbox hdd..
I did the above in 2 days i have all emulaters and every rom ever made on my xbox... i say about 7,000 game total.....what a system........
