If you're an avid racing gamer, then you can safely pass this one by. I tried this one out blindly and was sorely dissapointed with just the first race. In all fairness, the controls are very simple and game play is very easy to pick up. If I was 5-7 years old this would probably be a good game to get started with, so if you want to get them started early you might take a look at this game. :)

I imagine that a score of 1 would involve Atari 2600 graphics, so I would have to say that I almost thought this was a Nintendo game with the added flair of 3D graphics.

Sound: 2 of 10
Sounds were pretty much straight from Nintendo land as well; no worries about blowing out your theater speakers. Reminded me of playing with Matchbox cars.

Control: 5 of 10
Controls were very easy to learn; after the second or third lap there wasn't really anything else for me to learn. Once again, this would be good game for a child to start getting used to the Xbox controller.

In closing, the only reason I can see to purchase this game is for the above stated reasons or if you're seeking total completeness of your collection.
