Cheats:
While holding right on the directional pad enter the following codes:
Weapon upgrade: X,X,Y,Y,B,B,B,A
Invulnerability: X,B,B,B,X,B,Y,A
Level select: B,B,X,Y,Y,X,B,A
The first two codes are unlocked after beating the game on "Normal" difficulty
and the third is unlocked after beating the game on "Nghtmare" difficulty. I am
not sure if they work without first unlocking them but it does make the game a
lot easier to beat.
