Press R, L, X, Y(2), A(2) at the map screen.
Restore health:
Press White, R, Black, R, Y(2), A(2) at the map screen.
All unarmed upgrades:
Press Up, Down, Up, Down, A at the map screen. Note: Enabling this code will prevent the training missions from being accessible.
All driving upgrades:
