because now that after his cable modem was crapped up, some how, his truck was stratigically hit with a sudden case of somthing or other (in the shop). Its been in the shop and now HE is pissed, go figure...
he told me to post and have everyone that ordred PM him with there address so he can send refunds...
well see what happens..

Just kinda skimmed this thread so not sure if this has been said yet. Anyone who ordered and paid with paypal should take action and do a paypal charge back right away. The whole goal of scams like these is to make everyone think there was a "problem" and that the order will be coming for long enough so it will be too late to do the charge back.
I have been scammed like this before and I will never again wait for an item for more then 3 weeks. I think paypal gives you 40 or 45 days to do a charge back so you guys should hurry up. If he happens to be legit and you do end up receiving the "lost" package then you can always make it right and pay him, but you only have a short window of oppurtunity now to keep yourself from being cheated.

yeah i was the first to do a charge back but he only had $3 bucks and some change in his account so i got that and im still waiting for the rest of my refund as for everyone else...sorry you gotta wait till i get mine first befor you even get a crack at him through paypal...he still owes me 11 bucks and some change...jabroni is a piece of shit i got a good bit of information on him...just waiting for the go ahead to f#&@ his day up....

Well if any of you used a credit card account to draw from when you paid with paypal the next thing you need to do is call your credit card company. Believe me, Visa has a much better time getting Paypal to cough up the cash then you will.
The other thing you can do with varying degrees of success is check to see if his state has a website where you can report fraud. My co worker got ripped off from a guy in a deal like this so he filled out a form online and told a couple other people to do the same. Within a couple of weeks the guy was being prosecuted by the states attorney in his state. It depends on the state he lives in though because someone scammed me and I tried the same thing without any success.
