This thread is for anyone that wants to post an error or an how to way of how they managed to get SID5 to run better. Your welcome to post below but please use the Modify button, how ever you can 'bump' the topic to let users know that it's been updated if mods are all right with it.
Error: HDD Says it's frozen during unlock/Lock Process
Fix: Leave the IDE cable in the Hard drive, and unplug the computer. Once it starts to boot plug in power and this should fix the freezing error.
Error: No Drive found on primary master but the HDD is plugged in on the first belt and the jumper is in the right place
Fix: I've only had two things work for me in this situation, 1 checked the BIOS under settings to make sure that it's picking up the Hard Drive Disk, it's possible that the HDD is a bust. Second you'll just have to try another HDD. I went out and bought another PATA and it worked fine.

Those are actualy XBOXHDM errors and originate from the PCs BIOS, most comonly BIOS on an Intel based setup. A good one to use for detectin is the no disc error (wait til it gives a boot error then plug in the drivce and put in the disc), or if updating your BIOS to one that supports DMI and ESCD.
The only errors in Pimped that are SID5 related would show themselves when you boot the XBOX, all on the PC are either BIOS or HDM related
