OK there's been some confusion about this so I thought I better set it all straight.
A lot of people are saying that AID 2.02 doesn't work for them properly, and after talking to a member just then via PM it was obvious why this wasn't happening, there is some confusion in the update packs. So, I'll try and explain this as simple as possible.
These are the names of the v2.01 and v2.02 update files.
The AID 2.01 update pack was released as this rar file only, so there shouldn't have been no confusion on this.
The AID 2.02 update pack with the filename Auto-Installer.Deluxe.v2.02.Update.Xbox-Hq was released with a bundle of all new BIOSes etc, so you have to extract this rarfile and inside you'll find the 2.02 update file for the ISO.
Hopefully this can clear up some confusion, you can always perform a SFV or MD5 check on your ISO (use FlashSFV to create a SFV file of your new ISO) and compare it to this forum thread here:

Nice. I just update the ISO on top of itself since it creates and compiles it from a temp directory, is that ok, or is my 3 gb dvd w/ rom packs bad? Haven't tried it.
However, did go to 2.01 to 2.02 _________________ XBOX v1.6

The ISO update program creates a temp directory, so it can extract the iso, then rar files (overwriting any other files), then the program uses this temp folder to build the new ISO. This temp folder is cleared once the ISO has been written.
