I have a machine with a Xenium ICE soderless chip in it. If i burn a game to the hdd and try to load it, it will freeze. Anyone know the resone for this?

What program did you use to rip to the HDD? Alot of people have been having problems with the systems cache after ripping. Try clearing the XYZ cache and the cache in the E and see if that works. But need some more info on what happens and what you are using _________________ XBOX v1.6

im using dvd2xbox 0.6.6. it has the newest version of evox.

Dvd2Xbox has the newest version of evox? Not sure what you mean there...
DVD2Xbox is an application. It has nothing to do with evox.
Anyway, when you ripped the game using DVD2Xbox did it say any files failed to copy?
What game is it you ripped? Did you rip it from the original disk? What bios is flashed to your mod chip? What version Xbox do you have?

Had same problem I did a complete format with AID 1 and installed M$ dash. After that she worked perfectly (still works) you can then install all your dashboards and apps etc. Now you got AID 2 which should make it even easier. _________________ Xbox V1.1 Xenium ice solderless 2.3.0/OS

I would wonder if you actually had a 1.6b. Look at your motherboard and see if your RAM chips say Samsung or Hynix.
If they say Hynix, contact me for the right bios.
Also, if it says Samsung try a different M8 bios. You may have one that has a problem. But, I would lean toward the problem being bios related.
