What app are you using to rip with?
You may need an updated patch...
If you are using DVD2Xbox, just save the text below into a file called "4d570015.acl" FTP this file to your xbox in the /acl/ folder of where you installed dvd2xbox:

I found that I was useing an outdate vs of dvd2xbox. I suggest that anyone that is having problem with backing up this game check your versions and upgrade

Glad to hear you got it straightened out. For anyone who wants to know, I have uploaded an updated ACL list to the VIP section. If you have dvd2xbox and are having difficulty getting a game to work on the HD and do not want to upgrade, give them a shot. I cant find it mate.. Its not in the Patches category and i did a search too..
