Hey guys thanks for trying to help.

I chippped my friends xbox so that it would be the same as mine. (look at my info). When the chip is on it works as expected. but when i turn the chip off and turn on the xbox it flashes red and then shuts off.
I tried reinstalling the software 4 times all following the auto installer pdf instructions.

Any ideas?
