Has anybody heard of or even better know where to get an English UXE auto installer called Waffle Tools? As Far as I know it's similar to the FRench one thats been going round for a while but has a few extras plus it uses Nkpatcher not PBL and is also DHCP by default.
Cheers

Hey dude,
NK Tools can be added to AID easily, and so can the changing of IP from Static to DHCP. If you need some help with those, just let us know. Changing the IP to DHCP is just a matter of opening up the evox config file, and adding NKtools is just a matter of adding it to the menu and making it go to the right path. _________________ Brandon Cossette

Hey
Sorry I must of confused you ....
WaffleTools is a UXE equivelent to ltools_sc_1.75 save game exploit, in other words you copy the contents over into your UDATA then load linux_profile in Splinter Cell then from the menu which loads backup your C drive and copy across UXE complete.
This can be done on a virgin xbox (not chipped or softmodded) no need to FTP in and no boot CD's
All thats needed is Splinter Cell and a Memory stick.

The following is in that tutorial and I used it. It worked with these results:
"After it is done copying the package, it will boot linux and make a backup of your EEPROM. NOTE: On 1.6 xboxes, your screen will go all corrupt. Your LED *might* flash green when it is done, but if it doesnt, just reboot after a minute or two. That's more than enough time to make the backup."
I have a 1.6? xbox and my screen did "go all corrupt" but, I let it run for about 5 minutes and never got an eeprom backup.
did you experience this or know of any fixes?
