besides grounding the stock fan Razz (pic from my phone) edit: oh yea i did add a hdd too, so i guess this would be my only VISIBLE mod Smile

That is pretty neat! I assume it will work on wireless controllers? Is there a tutorial for that mod anywhere?

this mod involves using the yellow wire inside the controller and the xbox. and removes the ability to use a light gun or steering wheel in the controller port used. no idea if it would work in a wireless. you ground the switch inside the controller and connect the other side of switch to the yellow wire solder point (i will find the link to the tut i used which has good pictures) then you need to find the yellow wire coming from the controller port you wanna use and cut the wire and solder it to the "front panel PCB" lol i don't know what a front panel PCB is but they have a convient picture. i am pretty sure the point you connect to is the + of the power button. anyways hope that helps and i'll look for the link.
