How far above the stock capacitance and resistance can one go before the current is filtered and slowed beyond proper function?

I'm posing this toward a stock condition board, one with double RAM, and one with RAM and CPU upgrades.

Depends on what function the part is used for. Which capacitors and resistors in particular?

The function of some circuits is adversely affected by small changes in component values while others are not.

All the capacitors and resistors. How far can I go with the rear mounted and surace mounted ones accross the board. where do I find or how do I calculate the max healthy ratings?

Furthermore, how do I find out which caps to get to fill empty secondary surface spots? Like spots C5A5 and C6E2. C5A5 looks to be a spot for a large version of the surrounding R4P 10 16V surface caps near the video encoder. Although their rating is unlabelled and IJm unsure the designated rating for C5A5. Basically I'm looking for an unofficial xbox service manual for electrical ratings. I thought one existed and I saw it, but where?
