Hi guys i just tried to install a larger hardrive and proceeded to flash my duox2 GS modchip to the 5035+ bios on bank 0 and it froze halfway through before it finishing..now when i boot up it starts 3 times then frags..i thought oh no my box is dead! then i remembered it has a switch to boot 1..so i decided to switch to bank 1 and see if that still works and it does! phew im sweet i thought..then i decided ok il flash it so i can installing my 500gb hardrive..guess what dam installer disc froze on me again in the middle of flashing!! dont know why it froze on me when i used disc only yesterday to add apps?? now both banks are stuffed!! Can anyone help me or do i bury my beloved xbox

You could always install a softmod and then boot up the xbox with the chip disconnected and boot to Evox. Then connect the chip and set it to the bank you want. Then use the bios flasher that comes in Evox and flash the chip. _________________

i killed it out of frustration brO! i accidently knocked one of the big resistors while i lost concentration trying to desolder the chip off because i mounted it directly onto the mobo lol dosent even boot up now cos it was one of the big ones..it turned into baby powder underneath it haha anyway i jus logged on to say thanks for the solution that woulda fixed it right up:) but alas my stupid judgement got the better of me so im using it as spare parts now..another lesson learnt the hard way as always lol cheers for the help anyway bro!
