i need help wit my xbox mod chip installed as well.when i turn the xbox on the green light blinks once then turns off.all i get is a black blank screen. please help me please

Welcome to the HQ man first off you don't give us much to work with so i got to ask is the chip soldered in and did the chip ever work or has the xbox just started having probs since the install?

Can you post a pic of the xbox motherboard with out the chip setting on the pin header?

Ok man heres the deal v 3.0.3 is not an xbox ver it is a BIOS and what that BIOS will do is let you flash a better BIOS.

Ok now i need to know if i can take the 350 Gs HDD from the XBOX and hook it up to my PC.Now do i have to move the jumper or can it stays where its at(cable select)just let me know. thanks

You will need to format the HDD to hook it up to your PC.

Or you can run it in certain Linux distros to back up the files. If you are just using it for windows and don't care about the files format it. I'm not sure which Linux distros support the xbox formatting but I know a few do.
