Just bought a ASUS mobo with a Athlon 64 2Ghz and a Nvidia 6800GT OC from a friend...

The current setup is a P3 with a Radeon gfx...

Does this require for me to totally reinstall windows???

Do I have to get the 64bit XP or can I use my current XP Pro disc??
