LOADED THAT UP AND NOW I GET THE GREEN/RED FLASHING AND NO SCREEN. I CHECKED ALL SOLDER JOINTS AND INSTALLATION AND 99% SURE ITS ALL RIGHT. I UNFORTUNATELY INSTALLED ON BOTH 1M BANKS. I CAN OPEN THE BIOS SCREEN WITH ON ON ON ON. ANY NEXT STEP WITHOUT GIVING UP???

You can boot up to the backup flash ROM bank by turning on the XBOX with both the power and eject button at the same time.
If this gives you errors and or flashing lights then i would guess its in the solder job. _________________
You told me to go to the back up flash rom and when I did, it flashed green and then solid yellow with a black screen.

What flashed yellow, the ring only has green red and orange?
If that did not take you to the back up Bios i would guess you have a solder prob, can you post some clear pics of the solder job you did? _________________
