i want to softmod my xbox 1.0 but i am having some difficulty,i will be using the sprinter cell exploit ,i have a usb port modded to the xbox, i have a 80GB hdd waiting for install, i need to get the files from my PC to my xbox but the problem i got right now is puting the install files to the usb mem stick

EDIT: i have updated the drives for AR and used the MAXdrive driver for the usb drive ,and the xbox reads the memstick ,so i plug it in to the pc and start ar it reads the memstick and then crashes
also if my memstick is 4gb is that a problem?

yes i have tried that sevral times at 1 point i got it to work but messed it up
i dont have any other method
and i only have a 4gb usb drive
is there anyway to partition it?
also do u think u can aim me ?

ok i tried the hotswap trick again and it worked the xbox is now softmodded and i can ftp it now ,i have backed up the eeprom and i would like to install a 80gb hdd but the problem is that its locked somehow and i dont know how to unlock or format it

if u sign on to aim il explain everything but it was a pc hdd that i tried to install the softmod to with out having the eeprom the install was finished but the hdd wouldnt work on the xbox and then got locked somehow
