Heyas, all. Just a quick post, mainly because I can't really decide who to order from...
Okay, I'm in the market for another modchip for a 2nd Xbox. I was looking for either an Xecuter 2.6CE or a DuoX2 GS - I'd prefer the Duo as it seems to be cheaper, and I really don't need all the functionality of the Xecuter, honestly.
A friend of my brother in law used to be able to get Xecuters from a small shop near his home in Chinatown in Edmonton, but they apparently don't carry them any more. One gentleman refused to let me know where he got his from (from http://www.unlockmyxbox.com) although I can certainly see his viewpoint (less installs = less money) and he won't resell just the chip.
Who's a reliable ordering company on the Web? I've seen two so far - modchip.ca and divineo.com - Modchip.ca seems to have stellar ratings on Resllerratings.com, however, they don't carry the DuoX and probably won't - I spoke w/their customer service department via email, and they said they won't be carrying the DuoX as they have a very good relationship with Team Xecuter. Divineo.com seems okay, but I'm leery of their ratings/etc.
Anyone mind shedding some light on where you get your modchips and how reliable/etc. the seller is?
I'm in western Canada, btw.

Still have a 2.6 CE available?
You say $35 shipped - that including into Canada? I'll have to pay duty/tax on anything over $20, bleh..stupid customs.

If i was you i would get the modchip from www.modchip.ca good company you will have it pretty quick from them probly fast then i can get it to u its all up to u but can u post on my 360-hq topic i am really bizzy on that one and its hard to go back in forth right now but if you still want it i can ship it. _________________ The one the only Scarface!!
