Pokemon goes back a long way for me. One of the first games i ever played was pokemon blue version on my gameboy pocket. The original games (red and blue) are still one of my favorite games (ill glady say the new games/tv shows/everything else about pokemon is really stupid). They are great rpgs, even though pokemon is stupid in itself.
Anyways onto the point of the topic. I remember back in 2000 (i was in 1th grade) the pokemon trend was sweeping my school. Everyone was talking about the game boy games or the trading card game. There was always a rumor that red and blue versions weren't the only pokemon games though. It was said that in japan there was a green version that was never released here. I went on believing this was not a real game, and red and blue were the only ones for 8 years (the present).
When searching around on ebay a few nights ago i came across a seller that had left some feedback on account. I still had to leave him some feedback so i went ahead and did that. I went to his profile to see if it was sent (sometimes it doesn't for some reason), and in his other items this user is selling box it was there: pokemon green version. The rumored game that i had heard about since 1st grade was real. Needless to say i jumped on it and bought it, so it should be here in 1-2 weeks.
Kind of nerdy i know but i just had to see how this game was, considering i never thought it was real. _________________

I am taking japanese 1 at school now so that helps.
I've played through the games so many times ive got the menu's memorized. As for the attacks once i see the animation once ill be able to remember which one it is, not going to be an easy task though. _________________
