I've run into this problem before and have had to work around it but when you try to install Avalaunch as a dash or an app it errors when trying to unzip. I think the problem is an unrecognizable charactor with the Turkish.ini filename having the u with the 2 dots over it.

Have you tryed to unzip it on your pc and ftp it in?

Why would I want to use the disk if I have to FTP the dashboard?. Anyway I'm using 4.12 updated from 4.10. I removed the ini file and all is fine now. I just have a couple more coasters. The u with the 2 dots over it in the filename is an unrecognizable charactor and an XBOX can't extract it from the zip file. I've got 4 modded boxes and it's the same on every single one of them.

I think avalaunch is one of the dashs that cannont be installed as an app, but only as the main dashboard. _________________

Avalaunch install fine as an app.have installed it an app to more boxes than I can count. Any dash can be installed as an app as far asI know.

Just drop avalaunch in any random folder and use Xselect to set it to a quick launch button.
Works for me.
Then you can set 3 more dashes to quick launch and still keep what ever you want as your main dash.

you can run Avalaunch/Unleashx as apps but due to their size you wouldnt want to. Use these dashes as a primary dash

its great as a main dash, dont run it as an app is what i'm saying. The dash uses a lot of memory when it loads and if u already have another dash loaded(primary dash) it can cause the box to slow down
