wel i got it thought I could do it but no the damn flux in the board is pissin me off cant get it out so I was wondering 2 things if some1 can offer me guidance or is there some one I can send just the board and chip to any pay them to solder it in I relle want this xbox to work I need to play some games

Try putting Soldering Braid over the area you want to remove from and press the soldering iron against it. It will remove solder and any set flux, when flux gets hot it essentially turns to solid solder.
