I know Halo modding talk isnt allowed on this site, and since I'm no Halo fan, this dosnt bother me in the least bit. What I find odd though is that there is halo editing software availible on this site. I was just wondering whats up with this.

there is a difference, to me, from cheat modding vs custom map modding.
