We should have it in our VIP download area. All you have to do is FTP it into the appropriate folder(s).
You can also let an autoinstaller intall the application, but you would probably have to install a few apps at the same time, as I am pretty sure our autoinstaller doesn't give you the choice of just installing PxHDD loader only.

Which autpinstaller is it. I already have EVOX installed and those are the only autoinstallers ive seen

No, actually the autoinstaller can install more than your dashboard.
EvoX is your dash. what you are looking to install is an application.
Xbox HQ 1.3 Autoinstaller can install all kinds of apps for you. PxHDD Loader, DVD2Xbox (which I highly recommend also for game backup), Xbox Media Center, and more.
