I did a little researching and you can pre order the GTA double pack for $49.99 US from http://www.rockstargames.com/warehouse/, http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/238631.asp, or http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?cookie%5Ftest=1&product%5Fid=210505

The release date is supposed to be 11-4-03 for North America, but I didnt see anything on those webpages that said they wouldn't ship over seas. Something to check out. I got my pre order in....do you???
