Does anybody know if they are made? or where i can get one? And i know this is VERy stupid , but can i just use a regular wireless USB keyboard?

It would depend if it's supported or not, which you'd probably have to do more research into the actual applications. It's hard to give a definate answer.

Im pretty sure just about any USB wireless keyboard would work but you would have to test them.. I think there is actually a website that lists all working keyboards but for the life of me i cant think of it.
I know for a fact you can use a LOGITECH WIRELESS KEYBOARD & MOUSE on your xbox.. I have one and i used to always use it for XBOX LINUX in the old days etc etc..
I occassionally connect it up..
Just make sure you get the USB version.. I think it comes with a Adapter for both Ps2 and USB..
My logitech is atleast 12 months old so im hoping thy havent changed anything..

Yep it comes for both. I got mine only a couple of months ago. Do you need to use both though as I use both on my PC?
Worse case scenario if you need to use both, just buy a PS2 to USB converter plug (which should be easily obtainable) and you're cooking with gas...
