When Bios ISO is burned to a CD and the install is attempted the Xenium replies with a BIOS improperly sized BIOS message.
The BIOS is from the Xbox-Hq BIOS-CD Pack v1.01.
What is wrong?

I don't know a lot of the ins and outs of this stuff... but maybe the little bit I know will help you may some sense of it.
When I got my modchip, Xecuter, I went to their website and followed their directions for flashing. They had me download some BIOS Manager program. With this program, the directions they gave me had me take two copies of the same exact BIOS (256KB) and paste them to together and save it (thus becoming a 512KB BIOS). This I then burned on to a CD-RW, along with a dummy file, and it flashed the BIOS.
Why did I have to paste two copies of the BIOS together? I dunno! All I know is it DID work!
Maybe your chip needs a 1MB BIOS and the ISO was a 512KB or may be the BIOS on your ISO is 256KB and needs to be 512KB. Did you check the chip manufacturer's website to see what it needs? Can you extract the BIOS from the ISO can see what size it is? I suspect that's where the problem lies. _________________ The World's Most Awesome Xbox 360 Room

What bios are you trying to install? It should be 25K.
What version xbox do you have? What size HD do you have? I'll point you in the correct direction.
later man..

The Xenium OS screen is going to load up when you press the eject button no matter what. What I did was use the USB connector that the ICE chip comes with to connect a pen drive formated with FAT and loaded with BIOSes you intend to use.
Goto the launch aplication menu.
Select "Add New Item"
Select "Flash" since you will be running this bios from the modchips flash memory
then select the directory
I could be wrong but I beleive (im my cases) the pendrive shows up as H:
(somone correct me if Im wrong please, Im doing this from my memory.
Navigate to the folder and select your *.bin BIOS file
At some point It will ask you to type in a name for the menu item.
It can be any name.
After this step you will see a loading dialoge while it uplaods the BIOS to the Modchip's flash memory.
After, you will be given the chance to select the LED color to light while that particular BIOS is being used.
I choose Off for the M$ bios.
If you havn't loaded your M$ BIOS onto that Launch menu you should go ahead and do that too.
Similar steps. Just select run from "TSOP" instead of "Flash"
-Name
-Choose color
-Done
This will load the stock M$ BIOS and Dash
Goodluck! Hope this helped a little. _________________ -Scourge "Rx = +/_\"
