Hope this post is in an ok place and you can help.
I was wondering
I have a HDD for pc that has a boot sector error which means it cant load my pc (without some serious persuading) but is fine once you do get it running.
So my question is will this work in an xbox? Does xbox use the boot sectors on its HDD?
if anyone knows I would be gratefull to know.

Hi mate,
If it has errors in your pc more then likely the xbox when formtting will find the errors too..
It will work in the xbox but im sure you will have all sorts of problems and have to put hte original HDD back in (i could be wrong though).
