One with Sticker (I know boooooooooh) and second project is painted purple and white. I am waiting for an order of blue leds to change the eject button and light up the controller ports for the Blue Thunder one. The Purpsbox I am going to be cutting in a DVD window and have also ordered purple leds to finish it all off. I have also painted my controller purple and it looks great, I really recommend giving it a go.

Great job! Personally, I don't have a problem the stickers... but I would change the name to Blue Lightning, as Thunder is a sound, and sounds don't have colors (just teasing, of course... wasn't there a bad helicopter movie called "Blue Thunder"? "Follow My Leader!").
The purple one is cool, too. How did you get that grey marbled appearance?

Great work on the case mods! You paint jobs look very professional. It's nice to see someone take their time with the painting! I hate seeing xbox's all boogered up with chunks and runs.

Hahahahaha How can I show of my boxes on a rating site and keep my name Cutsie?? I know what you guys are like...you see a female's name so you straight away get comments like 'It's ok for a girl blablabla' So I wanted to get fair comments and picked the meanest name I could think off <grin> So for those who have no clicked on - yes I am a xbox girlie
I will be cutting in to the DVDdrive also so you can see the game spinning and doing it's thing ....
Emmm for the marble effect I am lost - the white is as smooth as a baby's bum in real life, maybe the piccies just make it look marbled.

I don't have the kahooters to but up my Samsung Drives...eek, I would be so worried that I boogered it up or something and rendered it useless.
I'll have to practice on a Thompson drive or two..hehehe. Sorry, no offense to the Thompson owners out there!
I found a place that I can get them for $25.00 (refurbed I believe).
I just picked up a bunch of controller ports from another place and I am loading them up with LEDS.
UV colored, Green, Red, and Blue. If anyone needs any let me know. It's a very easy component to swap out with your current ones. Once you remove the HD and DVD carriage it's only a matter of two screws and disco'ing the cable.
I'll take a pic of each color to post.
