i'm looking for a person in the jacksonville, Florida who could mod my xbox for me. I have attempted many time but fail. I already have a Aladdin live mod-chip and v1.0 xbox with a xbox-hq autoinstall disc.

I know you said in teh Jacksonville area, but I must recommend shipping it to RealMccloy. It takes less than two weeks, prolly close to one week since you are so much closer to him than I. It is completely worth it. I don't think he has any Aladin experience, but contact him, cause if he can't do it, he will know someone who can.
I can vouch that you will love your box if you send it to RealMccloy.

I have installed for Florida Residents...ask Slamscaper. I typically use only Xenium products as they are the most reliable, but if you arleady have the Aladdin Chip I am sure I can install it. I have seen lots of issues with aladdin chips lately, hope it turns out to be a reliable chip for you.
Let me know if you are interested.
Once I install the chip I also flash it (do you have the programmer or cable for flashing, otherwise I have to purchase if needed)
I am pretty sure the Aladdin chips will not flash from the DVD Drive only from a programmer, can you confirm?
I will also install default dashboard and all of your apps. If you have a larger enough HD then I can also install over 20 emulators and over 8000 roms.
Once I have your machine, I can ship it back out withing two days. From FLA it should't take too long to get to me.

hehe...thats me lol, anyways im in Melbourne. Id say about a good 3 hours from the you and the Jaguars...it isnt fair they get to start 2-0 and the Bucs slumpt to 0-2. Anyways, redjello is right, in fact Im getting ready to ship my Xbox agian as we speak for some additional case mods. Using UPS ground shipping it took only 4 days to get to him. The cost was $44 to have it shipped to him and then have it shipped back with insurance. Not bad at all for what your get software wise man, not to mention the great customer support.

I'd have to say the avg shipping via UPS is around $20.00
Now, I have shipped one to CA that cost a little more, but a good rule of thumb is set aside at least $20.00
Hey Slamscaper, I already ordered a bunch of parts (yours included) so whenever you are ready feel free to ship it to me. Like I said before, you have been great so if you want to ship it to me before you can hit paypal don't hesitate. I trust you big time and am not worried about it at all.
Even if you have to make a couple payments. I know you have gotten the snot knocked out of you with the storms and all, so whatever I can do to make it easier on you is fine by me!

Well when I said $44 I meant that was the price to have it go both ways together....prepaid return or w/e...it came out to $44, so its not bad at all.
Realmccloy, I know I said Id have it out today but I wasnt able to get to it, my grandfather had a bad episode today and I was at the hospital most of the day. UPS was closed by the time I got to it, along with my piss poor bank lol. Anyway I should be able to get to it tommorow. You see my bank and my local UPS store are close to Sams Club...and Im going that way to pick up the new Star Wars Trilogy DVDs, hopefully I'll get to kill a few birds with one stone ya know. Same here....I was scratching my head wondering why they had not released the Trilogy onto DVD, then I got online and did some research and found about this coming out. It was funny because I thought it came out the 7th right? Well my folks went to Sams that day and I asked them to keep an eye out for it...so they did and they told me they didnt find it, then I broke the news that it wasnt even released yet....lol boy were they steamed. Apparently they looked for a good 20 minutes. lol ttyl man.
