I'm hoping someone can assist. I recently softmodded with WaffleTools UXE and installed UnleashX dash making a backup of my MSDash and eeprom to the E:\ drive. Everything worked great up until I decided to change my dashboard to XBMC using AID3.1. It installed fine but then when I rebooted, I get the error 21 screen before it even gets to the dash. Now it won't accept any disc I throw in, official, backup or auto installers, all I get is the error 21 screen. I've read about hotswapping, and it sounds like this is the only method of fixing my problem, the only question I have is, how do I access all my backup data off of the e:\ drive and restore it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey, I'm kinda having a similar problem. While I was deleteing and replacing files on my c drive, I lost ftp connection with my computer. Now the box wont boot up. Even when I put in an original xbox game, slayers disk, etc., it just boots to the xbox image with the microsoft logo under it.

Do you have any suggestions short of hotswaping? I really don't want to open it up. (not my xbox!)


Edit: Yeah, never mind. I had to do a hotswap. works beautifully.
