Hi guys, sorry I haven't been around the forums (or anywhere else) lately.
There seems to be may problems. I have little time right now, but can look through them all tlater today.
In the meantime to make sure every single one of you gets the answer you require I have come up with this solution.
Mail a detailed description of your problem to FAQ@aladdinlive.com
Try to be concise, but detailed.
Please use your subject field wisely... it could get you an instant answer.
Any e-mails to this address which are not technical questions will just be deleted.
These mails will be sent to the developer himself. I will post all the answers in this forum too so the forum will not lose out and the knowledge will be passed along.
There are a number of advantages here although it may take a day to get your answers. You will get the correct answer or solution every time. The developer will be encouraged to make things cleared and easier for everyone who's not an expert, thus improving the quality and efficency of the chips.
The new Mini Aladdin is actually a big step in efficency, out of the bag works perfect on every model, pins and only 2 wires... 1.5 + 1.6 A&B more wires. But we have a 1.6 adapter coming very soon to make life easier.
Please don't PM to order Mini Aladdin. I have lots in stock, if you want one with pin set the cost is $14 including shipping worldwide, paypal fees and a donation of $2 to Xbox-HQ to help pay some of the costs of keeping this great forum running.
From next week we will be shipping all North and South American orders from Denver, so the shipping time will be standard USPS times.

That would be awesome as we seem to have some posts kinda shotgunned all over. It will be great to centralize them in one area!

Is there any other way to order one?
Is the $14 Mini Aladdin preflashed?

Hello, I recently bought Aladdin live + programmer on your site. When I got it, Its not Aladdin Live but Mini Aladdin. Mini Aladdin doesn't have pin to connect to programmer like Aladdin Live did. If you replace Aladdin Live with Mini Aladdin for customers, then what's the point of bundling Mini Aladdin with the programmer? We waste money on programmer for no use?? My programmer is useless with my Mini Aladdin. Please Explain why you exhange Aladdin Live with the Mini Aladdin knowing that the programmer doesn't fit onto Mini Aladdin?
