so its like that

my XBOX is NTSC and the TV is PAL..
when im connecting it you see the pictture in black abd white...
what can i do for fixing it?

Try using the NTSC-PAL switcher program, installable from AID

also...i know how hard it can be to see to switch it...since the screen flickers so much...i have a couple different methods to let you see even though you might not want to try

1. use a strobe light adjust the flickering till the screen on the tv becomes balanced
2. when my other xbox did this i simply hooked it into every tv in the house....the flickering will stop..but it will be black and white...but atleast you can see it good enough to change the settings.
