They say it's a limited quantity for now but I had no problems ordering and getting mine!

Has anyone tried out the XTender mod? Anyone know if it comes with the hardware/switches to hook up additional HDDs? If they've rigged up switches, etc., I WILL have to buy one!

Hey RM! I was going to PM you, but I thought maybe others would be interested in the answer....
Do you know what hardware it comes with? Does it have switches and cable to hook up 3 HDDs without opening case and jockeying cables around? I visited a site (Lik-Sang, I think), but I could tell whether it had all the necessities to hook up/switch HDDs, or just had a way to attach the drives and you'd have to rig up hardware yourself.
I'll order one tomorrow if it's got the "goods"!

Here's the console corners info on it. I am thinking it doesn't come with much hardware, but it does come with LED's cables and screws.
The X-Tender Case Mod allows you to unleash the power of your machine by adding necessary space to support up to two additional internal hard drives! Molded to perfectly integrate with your Xbox™, this kit comes with a custom front panel, with 3 activity LED, a custom made hard drive mounting plate to accommodate one or two additional drives, and a custom molded rear panel. Specially designed X-Tender rods are included to internally support the expansion, allowing you to security reassemble the machine. Additional space on front panel will allow the support of one LCD Display on each side of the system, or additional LEDs or Cold Cathode Lights.

I like the blue one too forahobby! Im also thinking about gettin into this X tender mod thingy.....realmccloy is coo coo crazy though.....three 250gig HDD's? Thats just insane. Thats 750gig. You could put anything you would like in that thing....Jeeez. With all that space with the X tender case you could fit those batteries for that upgraded vibrater lol. Yeah, I am ready to do a wicked mod like that. I need to toy around with some other chips and mods. It's just the Xtender Case really interests me. I am also going to look into creating some skins to fit that case too, I know that is a minor thing, but I want to touch all bases so when I mod one up not only will it a unique machine inside and out, but very customized with an additional case mod of the case mod....oh, gotta love modding redundancy
