Hey guys,
This is my problem, I am using craxtion 4.0 to back up my games. I rip it via ftp and crack it. I create the iso and burn to a dvd with nero. Everything looks to be working fine. However, all but two of the games i have tried lock up in the middle of gameplay in generally around the same point in the game. Am i doing something wrong?

Here are the specs:
Media: Tried Sony dvd+r, Imation dvd+r and verbatim datalife dvd-r
Xbox dvd: Thomson
ModChip: Aladdin Advance

Here are examples of the games:
Kung Fu Chaos:freezes during third stage. picture gets distorted and broken up in lines but still visible.
Sudeki, Riddick and Full Spectrum Warrior all freeze towards the beginning of the game during gameplay.

Any ideas?

Might be the DVD+R's but I'm not 100% sure.

It also may be the DVD Drive coz Thomson are known to be one of the worst.
