This small article will explain how to use the AID (Auto-Installer Deluxe) v3.01 Update Packs properly with your original AID 3.0 ISO and Addon Packs.
Since the v3.04 Update Pack has been released, most of the original Addon Packs are now out-of-date and not required. Below is a list of Addon Packs which are no longer required since the v3.03 was released:
There is no need to include these Addons into your ISO, for the fact that they will be overwritten with the newer Addon Packs once inserted into the ISO.
Now I will quickly walk you through on how to make your AID 3.04 ISO.
1) Load the AID 3 ISO Updater Tool
2) Select the Auto.Installer.Deluxe.v3.0.iso for you ISO file
3) Select your update (RAR) files. Here is the order which I use to make the ISO, it might vary for some of you but you’ll get the idea. The main thing to notice is that you insert the newer update packs last.
New Update Packs
AID3.Skinpack.UnleashX.v1.02
AID3.Skinpack.XBMC.v1.03
AID3.Addon.XBMC.Scripts.v1.01
AID3.Updatepack.v3.04
AID3.Addon.BIOS.Pack.v1.04 (Note that this is done AFTER the v3.03 Update)
AID3.Addon.DHCP.Patch.v1.04 (Apply AFTER Update + BIOS Packs)
4) Save your ISO.
Hopefully this will help you all understand how the update system works, as future Update Packs will be released the same way.
