i have a chipped box and i use Xlink kai throuhg my computer just becasue i would rather it that way and when i turn on my xbox with the game and go into the system link area then click on the xlink kai on my comp. it doesnt really do anyhting it just gives me a blank side bar saying quarying orbital mesh. if anyone can help that would be awsome

You should have XBMC installed onto your xbox hdd.
Then you need to configure XBMC with your xbox kai username and your xbox kai server ip which is your pc ip address.

thanks i will definitly try it but once i get xbmc do i need xlink kai still on my computer

If you are using a direct PC to Xbox connector, it must be a cross over cable. CAT 5 cables won't work. Also, try setting your pc & Xbox to DHCP and see if they will resolve on thier own.

OK i figured out how to get kai to work through xbox media center but when i go to launch i game it doesnt work i click too play game and all it does is start the game i go to the system link menu and nothing is there also is ther anyway i can add more games to the list i have far cry instincts evolution and its not there and i would really like to play it online.
