I'm running XBMC-CVS-01-01-2006 and I can't find the option to rip audio CDs anywhere. I've tried using a default xboxmediacenter.xml but still no joy. Any ideas how to enable this - the wiki & FAQs don't seem to cover this.

Xbox 1.0, X3 chip.

I can't remember off the top of my head how to do it, but I'll have a look and get back to you later, hopefully with some more info Wink

Cheers,

Hey mate, sorry I took so long to get back to you Embarassed

The way I got it to work was as follows:

-Boot up XBMC
-Insert CD
-Go to My Music
-Select D:\ (DVD Drive)
-When the list of tracks shows up, press the White button
-Scroll down to Rip CD Audio, and select it

It should now begin to rip the CD to your HDD. You can change settings (bitrate, format etc.) in Settings\Music...

Hope this helps,

Roo
