Not surprising, most solderless solutions will not stay in place.
They are a well exercised marketing campaign of way over priced kits...
The solution is to solder the pins in place...
Get them all in place and solder at least one...

This should be a lesson to everyone, solderless solutions are expensive and are generally a lot of trouble... any knock to the Xbox knocks them out...

Alternatively put it in place and pull decent quality insulation tape over it making sure the pins go throug it and stick the tape to the motherboard with the pins in place.
Use plenty of tape becasue these things have a habit of coming lose at the least knock.
The tape will eventually come loose too due to the heat so don't be surprised if it's off again in a few months.

This should be a lesson to everyone, solderless solutions are expensive and are generally a lot of trouble... any knock to the Xbox knocks them out...
