Could Not Load D:\Bios\Scph1001.bin
That's the message I get when I try to launch my Resident Evil.bin file that resides in the psxcds folder. The Resident Evil.cue file is in there too. I created the .bin and .cue files with CDRWIN 4.0b. Is there some bios that I need to download and put in this emu or what? just the same way, an xbox needs a bios to launch games, apps, etc.
PSX emulators need that as well, no bios, what is it's purpose.......who knows, only if the bios would tell him.
get the idea?
Anyways, you can download them in some p2p networks, or install PCSXbox from DISC.ISO, it comes withe bios file, just make sure you move your .bin files from psxcds, since my installer deletes it's target before install. _________________ Xbox v1.1

You're saying that the bios doesn't come already in the emu I got from xbins. Doh! remember that bioses are illegal all the way, so not many ppl will host it.
if you use an app like Limewire, or something, and look for "psx bios", download 1 rar or zip that comes with all 5, and just ftp them to the emulator's folder. _________________ Xbox v1.1

Yep, just used Limewire and got SCPH1001.BIN. I'll grab a rar one and see if I can get the 5 pack. well, it's funny, cause it's hosted on many sites.
but let's see host xbox bios on a site for click and get button. that will = autoshutdown of site, and some good fines for you.
and yes, it's copyrights stuff.
as for the psx bios, i think it's publicly legal now, but i suggest you download from limewire like you said, cause if you try to download from a web site, they don't work, i know.
