Hi members,
As im sure most of you are aware the VIP Signup system is a automatic process.. Basically once you donate via the links provided the paypal server contacts the xbox-hq database and automatically upgrades your account to vip member depending on which option you select.
Now occasionally (like 2% of the time) im seeing a few guys that have to contact me.. What this thread is for is to track your operating system, browser, firewall etc etc.. I just want to see what is causing or is simlar about the members who dont work.
anyway, leave your setup here..

Hi, I've donated for VIP membership at Friday 15/09/2006 and succesfully logged on VIP Area. I also was VIP last year. But now I'm loged on and I cannot go to the VIP Area.
Also yesterday you server was not working.
Please Check my account I need to logon to VIP Area.
More Specific Info:
Your site recognizes me as VIP Member, but when I'm going to VIP downloads, does not. Also I cannot use VIP support tickets.
VIP support tickets is now ok

The site has recently been under huge server attacks..
We have been coding for 4-5 days now and are only just getting the site back online.. Bare with us..
All Downloads areas are offline..
External VIP Server's are ofcourse still functioning.

Just a update.. VIP DOWNLOADS area is fully functional..
Normal FREE DOWNLOADS are still offline and will be for sometime i would say.. I have to recode the public version..
I need as much info as possible including a INVOICE ID or paypal email address.

I just recieved a message that my membership is about to expire. I understand why this did this. I just need someone to add a year to it as I paid about a month back for my renual. I didn't know that the automatic update wouldn't work if you paid it early.

Hey all- Im very new to this membership so bear with me. Im trying to get to the VIP chatroom and all I get is a blank screen with activexcontrol and when I click it- it still doesn't work!
I've been having trouble with my chip for the past few months and I became a member here because I don't know where else to turn-
It would also be nice to get some starter tips on how to use this site. Thanks guys.

Sorry it took a while but ive just started a new job and not at home as much as normal..
The vip chatroom is currently offline.. We are looking into a new chatroom at the moment but wont get it up for a little while yet.. The existing chat server was hosted for us by another admin here but he is also way too busy right now..
