I've been trying to install a hard drive into my xbox with your tutorial. And i've been having a problem with the boot disk. The tutorial says to burn the iso that appears when you run the executable. And when i try to burn it with the dvd decryptor, it wont let me burn the cd because its not a dvd. so i put the iso on a regular cd and burned the iso on it with nero. and when trying to boot the computer with the new hard drive in it, it wont boot to the file on the cd.

Please help??

So what exactly is happening with you.....what type of box, bios, chip, etc do you have? You cant just put a new hdd in place of the old one I dont think....at least not with the chips i use....you need to transfer some of the old info over.....Just need some more info on what is going on with you....Later.

so i finally got the xbox to boot the program. but when i try to lock the hd is says eeprom.bin can't be found. so i tried making another disk with the iso and the eeprom.bin file; when i tried to boot the disk, it wouldnt boot it. basically im having some issues with the boot disk. could u tell me exactly what needs to be put on the boot disk?
