**UPDATE** That went better than expected! I am going to list some items form above that are now out of stock, but I will have more within a couple of days. The force is not strong with this one....
Well, my young padawan...some people like to try to fix mobo's, or use parts like resistors, eeproms, network ports...things like that.
Especially the 2A resistor. MS's 1.6 mobo has a standby resistor that is labeled 2T. It it not a high tolerant resistor. So, if someone removes the 1.6 mobo to mod it, move it to another machine, or play frisbee with it only to later return it to their machine there is a slight chance that the standby resistor will pop.
If so, what happens is when they hit the power button they get nothing. Most people assume that their power supply failed, so after they replace that and still have nothing they email Obi-wan and ask what to do.
Obi-wan tells them to relace the little resistor that is right next to the Xyclops chip on the lower left hand side. It's labeled 2T. But, replace it with a 2A resistor that is more tolerant in case they want to play frisbee again That way it won't pop.
So, there you have it. I actually sell about ten broken mobo's a month. Once I pull out all the 2A resistors that is....HA...Kidding people...buy my broken ones if you need 2A's...lol.
Some may ask why not just buy the 2A resistors from an electronics supply company. Well, digikey will sell them, but only in lots of 3000. So instead of buying 3000 for 180.00 you can buy a broken mobo for a lot less. Each mobo has a few of them.

Hey, man. I was looking for a front PCB panel (with the power and eject buttons and the LEDs) to replace the one in my friend's system I was modding. You see, I was putting in two new LEDs, and... well, I'm sure you can guess what I did... The first three I ever did (two front LEDs on mine, and the first on his) went smooth as butter, but the fourth one inexplicably came off with those connection points still attached to 'em.
Do you have any of them available? Any idea of what you want for one? If you don't have any for sale, any ideas on how I can fix the one I have?
If not, I'll just hunt down and buy a fragged system for as cheap as I can to use for parts.

No, sorry bud. I wish I would have known as I just sold a bad 1.6 on Ebay and I could have just sold you the mobo and you grabbed what you needed.
