The stock fan is a 70mm.

Replace it with a standard 80mm fan, but you'll have to do a little cutting to get it to fit.

Ohh, ok, you're talking about the GPU cooler fan. I don't think you'll find an LED fan anywhere in that size. The only think I can think of is replacing the GPU cooler with a Vantec IceBerq 4 Pro cooler. However to do this, you would most likely have to replace the CPU cooler with one as well.

The black plastic mount would need to be removed from the motherboard, buth heatsink would have to be removed from the chips, and you would have to clean off the old thermal goop and put something better (like Arctic Silver 5) on. Then you would need some small nuts/bolts to fasten the heatsinks down.

That might be a little more involved and risky mod than what you were going for. The only other thing I can think of is to get the smallest LED fan you can find, and think of some creative way to fasten it to the top of the heatsink.

Edit:

You could try this one:

I know for a fact that the fan you are talking about is smaller then 40mm I think it would have to be either 30mm or 20mm. Rush340 where did you get those fans that you used for your slimbox. The one for the GPU and CPU

I used this for the GPU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835110012

But I had to attach it with Arctic Silver epoxy. The one on the CPU is this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835110107

I discovered that the mounting holes line up with the holes in the motherboard from the original black plastic heatsink mount, on both the CPU and GPU.

And Kevin, I think your best bet would be to get the 40mm with LEDs, remove the old fan, and find some way to secure the 40mm LED fan to the top of the heatsink.
